Mindful Manila joins other female-powered companies and brands at a Startup PH: Women’s Edition event called Startup PH: Women’s Initiative: Enabling Empowered Women, a gathering that’s sure to inspire and empower women entrepreneurs and startup founders in the midst of Philippine Startup Week 2019.

Slated for November 20, 2019 (Wednesday) from 3-10PM at the Insular Life Building, Ayala Avenue in Makati City, the event will feature the following talks and activities:

Hosted by: April Margaret Cuenca, Tripkada & Just 1 Drinks Podcast

This event is organized by April Cuenca, Insular Life, & StyleGenie Asia, and sponsored by Mober, Acudeen, and Golden One Ventures. It is enabled and supported by the ladies and leaders of Startup PH: Women’s Edition

According to the event’s organizers:

This is a collaborative event on November 20, 2019, spearheaded by April Cuenca, CEO of Tripkada, in partnership with SoGal and a group of 60 Female Tech Entrepreneurs and Tech Leaders, including Abigail Victorino, CEO of StyleGenie Asia and Famida Alonto, Head of Innovation of Insular Life. This will serve as the community event for PH Startup Week centered on giving female entrepreneurs and leaders a space to learn from each other, network, and find collaborative opportunities together.

We believe that we, together, are already empowered as female leaders. Sheroes in our own right. Through this event, we hope to provide a space to enable and encourage fellow women to grow and continue in their pursuits together.

What is Philippine Startup Week?

This is the first time multiple government and private agencies will collaborate in such an endeavor to bring attention to the Filipino startup community, creating a critical mass of activity around a short time period in order to attract both local and international participation.
